Saigon Fruits Dry Mango NO SO2

Saigon Fruits came up this month in Agriculture and Environment Newspaper of Vietnam (Nông nghiệp và Môi trường), the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment's newspaper, in a piece on how processed fruit is growing Vietnam's export market.

The numbers back up what we see every day. In the first seven months of 2026, Vietnam's processed fruit and vegetable exports reached about $1.35 billion, up 33% year on year and ahead of fresh produce. Global demand for dried tropical fruit is expected to hit $8.3 billion by 2030, mostly driven by Europe and North America

The article covers our work on dried mango: the drying technology, the recipes we built around Vietnamese mango, and more than 40 samples sent to 12 countries for buyer feedback before the first shipments went out.
