Throughout his career, he has worked across multiple disciplines of food science, chemical engineering, and processing technology.

From Cascara Tea Pioneer to Biodegradable Innovation
Long before cascara became a global trend, Mr. Tuan Anh was the first in Vietnam to produce cascara (coffee cherry) tea and export it to Japan and Korea.This alone is an achievement — as both markets have extremely strict quality and safety standards.
But he didn’t stop there.
In recent years, he developed a new breakthrough:biodegradable eatery items made from cascara fiber — material that feels like premium plastic, but naturally decomposes within one year in humid conditions.
